3 Days & 2 Nights – <\/em>Sunday departure from Tel-Aviv & Jerusalem
\n<\/em><\/p>\n

Sunday\tJerash – Amman<\/strong>
\nTransfer from Tel Aviv and Jerusalem and drive to the Jordanian border (Sh. Hussein Bridge or Allenby Bridge). After border crossing procedures, meet with your Jordanian tour guide and enter the country.
\nWe will start our tour with a visit to Jerash \u2013 City of the Decapolis \u2013 located in the fertile heights of Gilead. The history of Jerash is a blend of the Greco-Roman world of the Mediterranean basin and the ancient traditions of the Arab Orient. We will visit the Roman city with colonnaded streets, the ancient theater, the baths, the hill top temple, the triumphal arch etc.
\nWe will drive to Amman, a metropolis in the center of Jordan, the capital of the Hashemite Kingdom and the largest city in the country.
\nAt the end of the day, we will drive to the hotel in Amman for check-in.
\nOvernight: Amman<\/p>\n

Monday\tAmman – Petra – Amman<\/strong>
\nAfter breakfast, we will leave the hotel and travel south on the road to Wadi Musa for an exciting day\u2019s visit to Petra, which is known as “Ha Sela Ha Edom” or red rock city. We will start with a horseback ride to the “Siq” (Canyon) and then continue on foot to Petra, the ancient capital of the Nabateans from the 3rd century BC to 2nd century AD.
\nWe will visit the most interesting carved monuments such as the Treasury (El Khazneh \u2013 a tomb of a Nabatean king) to the field of tombs, obelisks, the altar etc. From this point, you can view the whole of the rock city.
\nAt the end of the visit, we will leave Petra and drive back to Amman for overnight.
\nOvernight: Amman<\/p>\n

Tuesday\tAmman – Madaba – Mount Nebo – Jerusalem – Tel Aviv<\/strong>
\nCheck-out after breakfast at the hotel. We will drive to Madaba, best known for its spectacular Byzantine and Umayyad mosaics, Madaba is home to the famous 6th century Mosaic Map of Jerusalem and the Holy Land. With two million pieces of vividly colored local stone, it depicts hills and valleys, villages and towns as far as the Nile Delta.
\nWe will then continue to Mount Nebo, from where Moses viewed the Promised Land.
\nWe will stop for an overview of the Jordan Valley, Jericho and the Dead Sea.
\nAt the end of our visit, we will drive to the border to cross back to Israel and transfer to Jerusalem or Tel Aviv.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
